Test:
Normally, the working pressure is 3 bar, for the 1.00mm version, the liquid waste is 10L/H. For the 2.0mm version, the liquid waste is 19L/H. For the 3.0mm version, the liquid waste is 28L/H. The capacity tolerance is ± 10%. The siphon height is 30cm and the spray angle is 45 degrees.
Please note that the above data is based on water for reference, if you use other liquid, you can calculate it according to the density proportion.
Facility:
The air compressor must be capable of delivering at least 10% more air than the specified values. All fuel and airline connections must be tight. Any leaks, especially in the fuel line, will adversely affect the lift characteristics.
The nozzle will flow in either a horizontal or vertical position. The lift distance for a vertically mounted nozzle is measured from the liquid level to the tip (face) of the nozzle. The lift distance for horizontal mounting is shown in the installation drawing.
If the combustion application does not allow the use of a constant level device, excellent atomization characteristics can be achieved by using a fuel metering pump and an air compressor. It is also possible to operate the nozzle in a closed pressurized system using air pressure to lift and atomize the fuel.
