Application and Featuring:
Efficient fan spray mode: The Automatic Spray Gun ST-6 Fan Shape for Professional Painting Projects is designed with a broad fan spray mode, which can quickly cover a large area of surface and improve spraying efficiency, especially for professional projects requiring a large area of uniform painting.
Precise control and waste reduction: The built-in precision adjustment system allows users to fine-tune the spray flow and pattern width according to the needs of the job, thereby reducing paint waste and ensuring consistency and professionalism.
Ergonomic design: The Automatic Spray Gun ST-6 Fan Shape for Professional Painting Projects lightweight material and balanced design of the gun body can reduce operator fatigue even if it is used continuously for a long time, and the ergonomic handle ensures a comfortable grip and accurate control.
Easy maintenance and durability: Automatic Spray Gun ST-6 Fan Shape for Professional Painting Projects Simple construction, easy removal and cleaning of key components, reducing the risk of clogging and extending the gun's service life. High quality material, corrosion resistant, suitable for long-term use in harsh environments.
How to use:
1.Preparation work:
•Check gun assembly: Make sure all gun components are intact, including nozzles, strainers, adjusting knobs, and air connectors.
•Assemble the gun: Correctly install the nozzle, filter and connect to the air compressor according to the instructions. Adjust the nozzle to the desired spray pattern.
•Select the paint: Prepare the appropriate paint for the project and dilute it to the appropriate spray viscosity as recommended by the paint manufacturer.
2.Set the air pressure:
•Connect the gun to the air compressor and adjust the pressure of the compressed air through the pressure gauge. For ST-6 guns, the ideal pressure range is usually 20-40 PSI, depending on the type of paint and personal preference.
3.Test gun:
•Test spray on waste paper board or non-working surface, adjust the air pressure and paint flow until satisfactory spray effect is achieved. Ensure that the spray is uniform and there are no drips or splashes.
4.Spraying technology:
•Keep a distance: Keep a distance of about 15-20 cm from the sprayed surface, too close will lead to paint accumulation, too far may lead to uneven coverage.
•Even movement: Move the gun in a steady rhythm and straight line, avoiding staying in the same area for too long to prevent excessive coating or streaking.
•Overlap spraying: Each spraying should overlap with the previous path by about 50% to ensure uniform coating without missing.
Cleaning and maintenance:
•Immediately after the job is completed, clean the gun with a suitable solvent, including the nozzle, filter and internal channels, to prevent paint drying and blocking.
•After thorough drying, disassemble and reassemble according to the original assembly in reverse order, and store in a dry and ventilated place for next use.
